Orders & Returns

 Orders:

Your order is processed within 1 - 2 business days. In stock orders are shipped within 3 business days. 

Orders with custom features made especially for you (e.g custom engraving, custom stitching, custom prints, custom labels and etc.) will take additional 2 business days to fulfill.

In any other case that would take longer than 7 business days we will contact you directly.

Shipping:

Shipping is free and it takes from 3 to 5 business days to reach you :)

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.

Shipping times may vary depending on you location. In a case that would take longer than 5 business days we will always inform you.

Payment:

We will accept your payment for your order only when order is ready to be shipped to you.

We accept following methods of payment:

PayPal.

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).

Bank Transfer.

Returns policy:

We stand behind our products and we are committed to our customer's satisfaction. :)

You may return items in 14 days since delivery for a full refund (including shipping charges) if items you received are damaged, defective or you have changed your mind.

Before returning any merchandise contact us by e-mail at info@vVinco.com to obtain a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization number) and address for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

However if items you ordered have custom features made especially for you (e.g custom engraving, custom stitching, custom prints, custom labels and etc.) and items are not damaged or defective unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For handcrafted items we apply tolerance for surface finish and geometry precision and some cases could not be treated as defect or manufacturing error. Our professionals of their craft do their best to get results worth of your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding :)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
